Return and Exchange Policy for Spicy Shop

At SHAHID ALAM FOODS, we aim to provide you with the best in fiery flavors and spice-filled delights! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, because of the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (e.g., sauces, dips, dry fruits, and spice mixes), all items are final sale once opened. Unopened, sealed products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be in original, unopened packaging and in new, resalable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a valid receipt or order confirmation email for all returns and exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at shahidalamfoods3322@gmail.com or call 0321-2891605 to start the return or exchange process. We will guide you through the steps.
  2. Return Process: For returns, please package the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • For exchanges, we will send out a replacement once we receive the returned item.
  3. Return Timeframe: We must receive the returned item within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  4. Refund Process: Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but in rare cases, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shahidalamfoods3322@gmail.com or 0321-2891605. We will:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item or packaging.

Spicy Sensitivity Disclaimer

  • Taste and Heat Levels: Since our products vary in heat levels, taste preferences are subjective, and we do not accept returns based on personal preference of heat levels. Please refer to product descriptions and reviews before purchasing.
  • Allergies & Sensitivities: If you have known allergies to any of our ingredients (e.g., capsaicin, peanuts), please read labels carefully. We cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions.
  • If you experience any issues or discomfort after using a product, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

Sale and Promotional Items

  • Discounted or Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
  • Limited Edition Items: Once sold, limited edition products cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties or taxes on returned products are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please contact our customer service team for assistance with international returns.

Important Notes

  • Exceptions: Opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety concerns. We only accept unopened products in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, digital products, and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
